Prepare for Health Education


A unique training day that provides a balance between information, advice and guidance on the new statutory requirements, and practical knowledge on how to increase resilience and wellbeing. In a way that is useful personally and for those you work with.

We work with groups of schools or education bodies to bring the training to your area.

The 1-day interactive training for teachers starts by considering the national policy on building mental health in schools. Emotional resilience is a critical feature of the new requirements. The day will offer practical skills and techniques to develop personal resilience which will enable teachers to model and pass on the skills to students.

Best practice, research and evidence of how resilience can underpin a school’s approach to Health Education and personal development will be shared. Teacher wellbeing with a focus on how to harnessing energy and emotions to improve performance will be covered.

    Mental Health Leads or thoughtfully selected teachers with a remit to implement Health Education in schools, upper primary and secondary.
