The summer tournament gives schools something powerful: attention.
For a few weeks the nation will be talking about teams, goals, pressure, performance, disappointment and hope. We will be watching athletes cope with expectation, recover from setbacks and perform under pressure.
At Bounce Forward, we believe moments like this can become more than excitement. They can become a way into learning that lasts.
Football is the hook. Wellbeing is the purpose.
That is why we have launched Every Goal Counts, a campaign helping schools use the energy of this summer’s tournament to open practical conversations about exercise, resilience and mental wellbeing.
The campaign links to our free Exercise & Mental Health lesson, developed by Bounce Forward in partnership with the Harry Kane Foundation. The lesson helps young people explore something we think matters deeply: resilience is not built through mindset alone.
A shared moment. A lasting conversation.
The tournament is a shared national moment. Every Goal Counts uses that moment to start conversations that can continue long after the tournament ends.
For schools, it is a simple way to bring resilience education into the classroom. For supporters, it is a clear example of how Bounce Forward turns evidence into practical resources that reach young people where they are.
Because every goal counts — not just on the pitch, but in the lives of young people learning how to look after themselves, recover from setbacks and build skills for life.
