We move, we rest, we refuel – building physical fitness through small, everyday habits.
The same should be true for our minds, right?!
Psychological fitness isn’t something you either have or don’t have. It’s something you build – day by day, habit by habit.
The power of everyday habits
Looking after your brain doesn’t have to be complicated.
It’s in the small moments to:
- Notice what’s going well
- Catch sight of one thought that is running the show
- Taking a moment to be still, to reset and breathe
- Name feelings to build self-awareness
- Strengthen human connection
Making psychological fitness part of everyday life
That’s what we do at Bounce Forward.
We work proactively to help people learn and master the habits and skills that focus on progress, not perfection to support and build mental resilience and emotional wellbeing – in schools, workplaces, and communities.
We see what happens when someone realises:
“I have the capacity to do this.”
“I know how to handle what’s ahead.”
“This is going to be tricky and I’ve got what it takes.”
And everyone should be able to think this way.
A small action with big impact
This month, we’re asking for one small, meaningful action:
👉 Donate the cost of your coffee.
Because just like psychological fitness, small actions add up.
Your support helps us:
- Work with schools, education settings, parents, and communities across the country
- Empower more young people with the life skills needed to thrive
- Drive a movement where people know how to nurture and look after their psychological fitness
Small habits. Big impact.
When we look after our brains, everything shifts.
We notice the world around us with hope and optimism.
We think flexibly and realistically and behave with compassion.
We respond with greater confidence.
We know when to stop and how to keep bouncing forward.
