An introduction to psychological fitness, what it means and why it is important.
Bounce Forward’s approach is to start with the adults – it’s not just what we say and teach our children that matters, it’s the behaviour we model too. The aim is to think about psychological fitness as a backdrop for passing on the skills of mental resilience and emotional wellbeing to children.
The session will engage parents and equip them with top tips that will be useful personally, and beneficial for their children.
